New Talk: 'C' in Continental Defense Stands for Cyber

Talk given as part of NAADSN's Emerging Leaders Node

I was invited by the North American and Arctic Defense Security Network Emerging Leaders Node to give a talk on cyber defense. I chose to discuss how NORAD modernization is fancy digital transformation. My talk begins at 42:20, where I discuss what cyber defense is, what NORAD’s assets are, and what cyber defense is within NORAD modernization. I show how the logical denominator is Joint All Domain Command and Control and digital transformation and how this can also threaten NORAD.
