I was invited by Prelude Security to give a talk about my PhD research. In this talk I walk through a brief overview of the reasons so many think about cyber conflict incorrectly, and provide a proof of concept using doctrine to understand trends and behavior in state behavior in cyberspace.

This is an expansion of my previous talk “Everyone is Wrong About Cyber Warfare (Except Me).
